江泽民同志指出 :吏治腐败是最大的腐败。本文从讲政治的高度入手列举了在选人用人方面存在的不正之风的现象 ,分析了产生这种腐败现象的原因 ,并提出了坚决制止这种不正之风的对策。
Comrade Jiang Zemin pointed out: Official corruption is the biggest corruption. This article starts from the political level and lists the unhealthy tendencies in selecting and employing people. It analyzes the reasons for this corruption and puts forward some countermeasures to resolutely stop this unhealthy trend.
