旅游业的繁荣催生带动了旅游教育事业的迅猛发展,但国内旅游院校在实践教学方面尚显薄弱,缺少可借鉴的实践教学模式。本文根据中美法旅游高等院校的现行实践模式,从对比分析中寻求可借鉴的成功经验,并结合我校实际,从实践教学的时间安排、课程设置、师资结构等方面入手提出了课程模块化改革、加强校企合作、增强国际交流等改善性建议,以期为我校旅游管理本科专业的实践教学工作提供新的思路和做法。
The prosperity of tourism has spurred the rapid development of tourism education. However, the domestic tourism colleges are still weak in practical teaching and lack practical teaching modes that can be used for reference. Based on the current practice mode of higher education institutions of higher education in China, the United States and France, this paper tries to find successful lessons that can be learned from the comparative analysis. Based on the practice of our university, this paper puts forward the curriculum modules from the aspects of time arrangement, curriculum arrangement, Reform, strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises, enhance international exchange and other improvement suggestions, with a view to providing new ideas and practices for the practical teaching of tourism management undergraduate.
