在社会经济高速发展的过程中,我国各项基础建设步伐也在不断的完善着。为了保障公路项目质量,提高工作效率,减少不必要的资金浪费,在我国基础建设过程中要完善公路工程项目实施的成本管理与控制。本文主要分析了公路工作项目建设过程中成本管理存在的问题,对公路工程项目施工成本管理存在的问题提出了可行性建议。
In the process of rapid social and economic development, the pace of various infrastructure projects in our country is also constantly improving. In order to ensure the quality of highway projects, improve work efficiency and reduce unnecessary waste of funds, we must improve the cost management and control of highway engineering projects in the process of infrastructure construction in our country. This paper mainly analyzes the existing problems of cost management in the construction of highway work items and puts forward feasible suggestions on the problems existing in the construction cost management of highway projects.
