一、前言 He—Cd激光器是一种金属蒸汽激光器,输出主要波长为4416A与3250A。4416A的激光位于可见光区域的短波部分,并处于DNA荧光吸收较强的光谱区,生物效应显著。
I. Introduction He-Cd laser is a metal vapor laser, the main output wavelength of 4416A and 3250A. The laser of the 4416A is located in the short-wave part of the visible light region and is in a spectral region where the fluorescence of the DNA is strongly absorbed, with a significant biological effect.
