毒力频率方法在宁夏水稻抗稻瘟病育种中的应用研究

通过五组不同类型的品种(系)与宁夏稻瘟病菌不同生理小种菌株的相互作用研究,进一步明确了稻瘟病菌变异的复杂性及其同一小种不同菌株毒力的多样性。在用固定鉴别寄主区分生理小种时,不能充分表达稻瘟病菌与当地品种、抗源材料的直接关系,反映出它有很大的局限性。我们试验用毒力频率值表示品种(系)与当地稻瘟菌株的相互作用,作为选择抗病材料的依据,以利于分析生产品种的抗性变化和抗源材料的取舍更替。引进的杂交水稻品种,大多数对宁夏菌株属感染型;当地育种区试品系,其品系的抗谱不同,毒力频率值差别明显;在同一高抗品系的后代中亲缘相近,且参试的各菌株毒力差异不显著,其毒力频率值很接近,大多数表现为0%,个别的为5%,都属高抗品系;在160个不同亲本来源的品系中,毒力频率有高有低,差异明显,可直接选择对当地菌源抵抗类型的品系。该研究证明,在品种抗稻瘟性育种中,品种——病原相互作用的毒力频率方法,在理论和实践上都有重要意义。 本研究是在研究宁夏水稻品种与宁夏稻瘟病菌相互作用的基础上,试图通过对不同类型的品种(系)群体,分别用若干个同一生理小种的不同菌株进行接种,来进一步研究水稻品种(系)与稻瘟病菌同小种不同毒力的菌株之间的相互作用,为生产和抗瘟育种提供有用的资料。 Through the study of the interaction between five different types of strains and different physiological races of M. grisea in Ningxia, the complexity of the variation of M. grisea and the diversity of virulence of different strains of the same race were further clarified. Most of the introduced hybrid rice varieties were infected with Ningxia strain. The local breed test strains showed different anti-spectrum and virulence frequency values. The progeny of the same high-resistance line had similar genetic relationship, and the tested The virulence of each strain was not significantly different, the virulence frequency values ​​are very close, most of the performance of 0%, 5% individually, are resistant strains; in 160 strains of different parental strains, the virulence frequency is high Low, obvious differences, direct selection of strains of the type of resistance to the local strains. This study demonstrates that the frequency of virulence of species-pathogen interactions is of great importance both theoretically and practically in breed-resistant rice blast blight breeding.
