上腔静脉压迫综合症 (ＳｕｐｅｒｉｏｒＶｅｎａＣａｖａｌＳｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ ,ＳＶＣＳ)为肿瘤临床常见的急症 ,需要紧急处理以缓解症状。笔者自 1993年 6月～ 2 0 0 1年 11月采用放、化疗治疗 2 8例上腔静脉压迫综合症患者 ,取得了较好的效果 ,现报告如下。1　资料与方法1)　 Superior Vena Caval Syndrome (SVCS) is a common clinical emergency for tumors and needs urgent treatment to relieve the symptoms.
