运动过程中,骨骼肌消耗能量,底物包括细胞内的糖原、三酰甘油及外源性的葡萄糖、脂肪酸。传统观点认为,运动增加骨骼肌脂肪酸的摄入是通过增加细胞膜脂肪酸的被动扩散来完成的;而近年来的研究表明,运动还能够通过增加脂肪酸转移酶(FAT/CD36)的表达、改变其分布区域,增加骨骼肌脂肪酸的主动运输。本文首先介绍了FAT/CD36在骨骼肌脂肪酸摄取及氧化中的作用,进一步综述了在运动过程中FAT/CD36的蛋白表达及分布两方面的变化,由此增加脂肪酸的摄入及氧化代谢,且FAT/CD36机制可能是独立于线粒体机制以外的另一种机制。
