为了进一步研究广西扩大边境贸易,繁荣和稳定边疆的对策,我们在调查广西七个边境县(市)的基础上,于最近对云南省的边境经济贸易进行了对比考察。现将考察情况、所得启示以及我们的建议报告如下:一、云南省边境经济贸易的发展情况及基本经验云南省现有26个边境县(市),分别与缅甸、越南、老挝等国接壤,边境线全长4060公里。自从1985年省里宣布将27个县市(德宏自治州全州开放,故地处内地的梁河县也列入)作为边境贸易地区以后,已取得显著成效。集中表现在:
In order to further study Guangxi’s countermeasures to expand border trade, prosper and stabilize frontier areas, we conducted a comparative study on the border economic trade in Yunnan Province on the basis of investigating the seven border counties (cities) in Guangxi Province. Now we will examine the situation, the enlightenment we received and the report of our proposal as follows: I. Development and Basic Experiences of Border Economic Trade in Yunnan Province There are 26 border counties (cities) in Yunnan Province, bordering Myanmar, Vietnam, Laos and other countries respectively, The total length of 4060 km border.
