为了分析和比较日本血吸虫病流行区人群细胞因子应答水平的差异,提供血吸虫病流行区人群细胞免疫应答特征的基线资料。以鄱阳湖中的南山岛上3个毗邻的自然村为研究现场,根据粪检结果对试区14~41岁人群按年龄组随机抽样,选取粪检结果阴性的65人,粪检阳性的64人为研究对象。采用全血培养法,以血吸虫可溶性虫卵抗原(SEA)及可溶性成虫粗抗原(SWAP)刺激研究对象的血细胞产生细胞因子,检测培养上清中细胞因子的水平。结果表明,存在对血吸虫抗原刺激不产生相应细胞因子的个体,从细胞因子水平的均值来看,总体上,对SEA的细胞因子应答水平较对SWAP的水平为高,每克粪卵数(EPG)为0组的细胞因子平均水平显著高于EPG大于0组的水平。研究结果提示,存在流行区人群细胞免疫应答水平被下调的可能性,其特征和机制值得进一步研究。

The results suggest that there is a possibility that the level of cellular immune response in endemic areas is down-regulated, and its characteristics and mechanisms deserve further study.
