党校教育文化是全新的行业文化内涵,其党校教育的发展就已经经历了八十多年的历史,但是其内涵和文化底蕴没有得到较好的重视。在现代社会中,文化意识已经成为主流,社会需求对党校教育文化提出了更高的要求,需要对党校教育文化进行构建和优化,以便促进党校教育文化的发展。本文就党校教育文化的孕育和构建的现实需求进行分析,探讨党校教育文化孕育和构建的策略,从而为党校教育文化的发展提供借鉴。
Party school education culture is a brand new industry culture connotation, the development of its party school education has experienced 80 years of history, but its connotation and cultural heritage have not been given more attention. In modern society, the cultural awareness has become the mainstream. The social demand has put forward higher requirements on the party school education culture. It is necessary to construct and optimize the party school education culture in order to promote the development of the party school education culture. Based on the analysis of the actual needs of the education and culture of the party school, this article explores the strategies of how to nurture and construct the education and culture of the party school so as to provide reference for the development of education and culture in the party school.
