目的对妊娠期高血压疾病使用钙剂加小剂量肠溶阿司匹林治疗的临床疗效价值进行分析。方法选取在临颍县妇幼保健院接受治疗的116例妊娠期高血压疾病患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组58例。对照组使用钙剂治疗,治疗组使用钙剂联合小剂量肠溶阿司匹林治疗。观察比较两组患者的疗效以及治疗前后的各项指标变化情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者治愈率(60.34%)、总有效率(96.55%)明显高于对照组患尿蛋白者的治愈率(18.97%)及总有效率(59.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者平均动脉压[(4.12±0.32)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)]及尿蛋白[(106.5±5.82)g]明显低于对照组[(4.61±0.39)mm Hg、(119.34±12.27)g],治疗组患者血清钙为(2.88±0.18)mmol/L,明显高于对照组的(2.35±0.12)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病患者使用钙剂加小剂量肠溶阿司匹林治疗效果更为显著,可有效降低血管对血管张素的敏感度和血小板的聚集数量,且疗效肯定,具有较高临床价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of calcium supplementation and small-dose enteric-coated aspirin in treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with gestational hypertension who were treated at Linying Maternal and Child Health Hospital were enrolled in this study. They were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with calcium, and the treatment group with calcium combined with low-dose enteric-coated aspirin. Observed and compared the efficacy of the two groups of patients and before and after treatment of the indicators changes. Results After treatment, the cure rate (60.34%) and total effective rate (96.55%) in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (18.97%) and the total effective rate (59.07%), the difference was statistically significant Mean arterial pressure (4.12 ± 0.32) mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa)] and urinary protein [(106.5 ± 5.82) g] in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) (4.61 ± 0.39) mm Hg, (119.34 ± 12.27) g]. The serum calcium in the treatment group was (2.88 ± 0.18) mmol / L, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (2.35 ± 0.12) mmol / L Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of hypertensive patients with gestational hypertension and low-dose enteric-coated aspirin is more effective, which can effectively reduce the sensitivity of vascular to angiotensin and the number of platelet aggregation, and the curative effect is affirmative and has high clinical value.
