光面爆破技术是隧洞施工的基础,光爆效果对隧洞施工质量、超欠挖及成本控制至关重要。为进一步完善小型隧洞爆破技术,结合惠来县中东部供水工程两条隧洞实践(石榴潭隧洞、葫芦潭隧洞),对光面爆破技术进行了全面阐述,重点介绍了爆破初步设计和调整设计的方法,并通过实际试验统计分析确定了隧洞Ⅲ类围岩的爆破技术参数,通过实施取得了良好的效果,对今后类似隧洞施工有参考意义。
Smooth blasting technology is the foundation of the tunnel construction, light burst effect on the tunnel construction quality, over-under-dig and cost control is essential. In order to further improve the small-scale tunnel blasting technology, combined with the practice of two tunnels in the middle and eastern part of Huilai County (the Shitoumeng Tunnel and the Guliutan Tunnel), the smooth blasting technology is fully described, with emphasis on the preliminary design and adjustment design of blasting Method, and through the actual test statistical analysis to determine the tunnel Ⅲ type of surrounding rock blasting technical parameters, achieved through the implementation of good results for future similar tunnel construction reference.
