近年来,我区大部分村小办学规模越来越小,大部分学校都是一个年级一个班。同学科只有一名任课教师或两门学科只有一名任课教师,教师之间缺乏同伴互助,校本教研活动难于开展,我们秋溪镇也不例外。
In recent years, the size of most village and village schools in our district has become smaller and smaller. Most schools are one grade and one class. There is only one teacher in the same subject or only one teacher in both disciplines. There is no peer support among teachers, and school-based teaching and research activities are difficult to carry out. Our autumn town is no exception.
