密炼制备了聚乳酸/聚丙撑碳酸酯/淀粉(PLA/PPC/ST)三元共混物,研究加工方式对材料水蒸气阻隔性、吸水率、力学性能、形貌等的影响。研究发现:C体系中,PPC包裹在ST周围,隔绝ST与水汽接触,材料阻隔性最高。20℃时,C50水蒸气阻隔性较B50与A50分别提高了19.4%与25.2%。C体系吸水率明显低于A和B体系。同时,分散相ST颗粒大小为A体系>B体系>C体系,力学性能优劣为C体系>B体系>A体系。
The PLA / PPC / ST ternary blend was prepared and the effects of processing methods on water vapor barrier, water absorption, mechanical properties and morphology of the material were studied. The study found that: C system, PPC wrapped around the ST, isolated ST contact with water vapor, the highest material barrier. At 20 ℃, C50 water vapor barrier property increased by 19.4% and 25.2% respectively compared with B50 and A50. C system water absorption was significantly lower than the A and B system. At the same time, the disperse phase ST particle size is A system> B system> C system, the mechanical properties of C system> B system> A system.
