1999年11月15日,中美双方关于中国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)的谈判在北京顺利结束,双方共同签署了有关协议。这是一件受到全球瞩目的重大事件,笔者以为应当从以下几个方面来看待和评价这一事件。
On November 15, 1999, the negotiations between China and the United States on China’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO) ended smoothly in Beijing. Both parties signed the agreement. This is a major event that has attracted global attention. I think this incident should be viewed and evaluated from the following aspects.
