目的 :探讨 C m yc原癌基因在颌面部火器伤损伤组织中的表达和定位。方法 :应用免疫组织化学、斑点杂交和原位杂交方法对颌面部火器伤损伤组织中 C myc的动态变化进行了分析。结果 :创伤组织中炎性细胞、内皮细胞和成纤维细胞等多种细胞均可表达 C m yc,C m yc产生水平不仅与组织损伤反应程度密切相关 ,而且与 C m yc m RNA转录表现一致。结论 :C m yc在颌面部火器伤组织损伤反应中起重要的调节作用 ,是控制组织损伤反应的重要环节之一。
Objective: To investigate the expression and localization of C m yc proto-oncogene in the injury tissues of maxillofacial firearm injuries. Methods: The dynamic changes of C-myc in injured tissues of maxillofacial firearm injuries were analyzed by immunohistochemistry, dot blot and in situ hybridization. Results: C m yc was expressed in many tissues such as inflammatory cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts in wound tissues. The level of C m yc was not only closely related to the degree of tissue damage but also consistent with the transcription of C m yc m RNA . CONCLUSION: C m yc plays an important regulatory role in the tissue damage response of maxillofacial firearm injuries and is one of the important links in controlling the tissue damage response.
