我厂经常遇到钻削多孔工件,以前经常采用专用钻模来加工,一种专用钻模只能加工一种工件,而且制造周期长,成本高。现在,我们采用了可调式钻模,也就是将各种形状的节距板拼装成专用钻模。该结构主要依靠节距板上的齿距来调节孔距。它不但可在组合夹具上使用,也可在成组夹具体上使用。通过一段时期实践,效果很好,节约了大量材料。采用可调式节距板拼装成的钻模.可以使工件在一次定位中钻削所有的孔,提高了孔距的精度,而且最大的特点是元件通用性很大。图1为节距板拼装成钻模的一种形式,下面分别对各种形状节距板进行介绍。
