分析研究了金属Al在1000℃左右温度下的存在状态以及在Al2O3上浸润性等问题,讨论了Al-Al2O3两相粉末成形体的烧结性能及助烧剂、烧结气氛对材料烧结性能的影响。结果表明,由于金属Al的活泼性以及生成的Al2O3膜的稳定性和金属Al对Al2O3表面浸润性差等原因决定了Al-Al2O3粉末成形体在1000℃时的烧结性能极差。助烧剂及其反应产物通过形成过渡层的粘结作用和粘-塑性流动调节材料的界面结合性能改善了材料的烧结性能。同时由于氢气气氛和助烧剂发生化学反应而降低了材料的烧结性能。
The existing state of metal Al at about 1000 ℃ and the wettability on Al2O3 were analyzed. The effects of sintering aids and sintering atmosphere on the sintering properties of Al-Al2O3 two-phase powder compact were discussed. The results show that the sintering behavior of Al-Al2O3 powder compact at 1000 ℃ is very poor due to the activity of Al, the stability of Al 2 O 3 film and the poor wettability of Al to Al 2 O 3. The sintering aids and their reaction products improve the sintering properties of the material through the interfacial bonding between the formation of the transition layer and the interfacial adhesion of the viscoplastic flow control material. Meanwhile, the sintering performance of the material is lowered due to the chemical reaction between the hydrogen atmosphere and the sintering aid.
