HFO-1234yf具有零臭氧耗减潜能值(ODP)和低全球变暖潜能值(GWP),且制冷效果好,是目前关注度最高的消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)替代品,被誉为是最有商业前景的第四代制冷剂。HFO-1234yf的全球技术专利被美国、日本和法国所控制,外企更是在中国大量进行专利布局,给我国HFO-1234yf制备和应用技术的开发带来了巨大障碍,中国企业务必要绕开外企设下的防御体系,避免侵权。进入大发展时期截至2013年4月29日公开的数据,HFO-1234yf相关专利共有784项。通过专利分析发现,全球行业内对该产品的研究大致分为3个阶段。
