本文以鲁米诺依赖化学发光法检测了几种感染性及螨类皮肤病患者外周血多形核白细胞(PMNL)吞噬功能,结果:①61例细菌性感染患者PMNL吞噬功能(白细胞计数,本底与峰值)皆增高;②56例霉菌性和56例病毒性皮肤病与对照组比较,其峰值降低,而峰时延长;③47例螨类皮肤病的本底、峰值和峰时均无显著差异。
In this paper, luminol chemiluminescence was used to detect the phagocytosis of peripheral blood polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMNL) in several infectious and mite skin diseases. Results: ① The phagocytic function of PMNL in 61 patients with bacterial infection (leukocyte count, background And peak) were increased; ②56 cases of fungal and 56 cases of viral skin disease compared with the control group, the peak decreased, while the peak time; ③47 cases of mite skin disease background, peak and peak hours were no significant differences.
