作者为了消除分离子孢子所用梯度液的致敏作用,提高得率和纯度,并缩短分离时间,介绍了本方法。实验用伯氏疟原虫ANKA 株。梯度液中加鼠血清而不用牛血清白蛋白(BSA)。
The method was introduced in order to eliminate the allergenic effect of the gradient liquid used to separate sporozoites, improve the yield and purity, and shorten the separation time. Experimental use of Plasmodium berghei ANKA strain. Rat serum was added to the gradient without bovine serum albumin (BSA).
