男性生育需要有足够数量的成熟精子而这些精子有足够的活力和获能的能力,发生顶体反应和结合以及穿透透明带受精的能力。这些必要因素中任何一点缺陷都会导致男性不育。
Male fertility requires a sufficient number of mature sperm that have sufficient viability and ability to be capacitated, acrosome reaction and binding, and the ability to penetrate the zona pellucida. Any one of these necessary factors can lead to male infertility.
