目的考察复尔康注射液中3种主要活性成分在小鼠体内的分布及靶向性,了解不同剂型中的甘草酸铵在小鼠体内的分布行为。方法采用HPLC测定经尾静脉给药后小鼠体内血液及组织中的药物浓度。结果复尔康注射液与甘草酸铵水溶液中的甘草酸铵均在血液及肝脏中分布最高,但复尔康注射液中的甘草酸铵清除时间明显延长;蒿酮30min在肝脏分布最高,120min在肺中分布最高;维A酸在肝脏与血液中的分布,各时间点均高于其他被检脏器。结论复尔康注射液中3种活性成分根据不同的性质具有不同的靶向性,且具有明显的趋肝性和缓释特征。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and targeting of three main active ingredients in Fuerkang injection in mice and understand the distribution of ammonium glycyrrhizinate in different dosage forms in mice. Methods The concentration of drug in the blood and tissues of mice was determined by HPLC after the tail vein was administered. Results Both Ferulcon injection and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in ammonium glycyrrhizinate solution had the highest distribution in blood and liver, but the clearance time of glycyrrhizic acid was significantly prolonged in Fuerkang injection. The highest distribution in the lung; Victoria A acid in liver and blood distribution, at all time points were higher than the other organs were inspected. Conclusion The three active ingredients of Fuerkang injection have different targeting properties according to different properties, and have obvious hepatotrophic and sustained release characteristics.
