2008年2月27日,天津市委市级机关工委制定下发《关于建立健全市级机关党建工作责任制的暂行规定》(以下简称《暂行规定》)以后,不仅得到了全市市级机关党组织和广大党员干部很好的评价,而且还得到了中央国家机关工委有关领导的肯定和好评。天津全市市级机关党组织对建立健全机关党建责任制工作非常重视,认真对照《暂行规定》找差距,研究制定完善措施,把机关党建责任制工作落实到了各个机关基层党组
On February 27, 2008, Tianjin Municipal Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Work Committee formulated and issued the Interim Provisions on Establishing and Improving the Responsibility System for Party Building in Municipal Institutions (hereinafter referred to as “Interim Provisions”), which not only obtained the approval of the Municipal Party Committee Organizations and the majority of party members and cadres, a good evaluation, but also by the central state organs Work Committee of the relevant leaders of the positive and praise. The municipal Party organizations in Tianjin municipalities attached great importance to the establishment and improvement of the responsibility system for party-building in the organs. They conscientiously searched for the gaps according to the “Provisional Regulations”, studied and formulated measures to improve the responsibility system for party-building in the organs and implemented them into the grass-roots party groups
