实践教学是高职教育中非常重要的环节,可以说是主体的教学方式。虽然,我国近些年来,高职教育发展的比较好,但是对实践教学还是不够重视,有些还存在设施投入不足、师资队伍建设不合理等问题。因此,我们需要在对高职教育进行准确定位的基础上,提高认识、转变理念,积极改善教学的质量和设施条件,注重教学方法,制定考核方案保证输送人才的质量。
Practical teaching is a very important link in higher vocational education, which can be said to be the main teaching method. Although the development of higher vocational education in our country has been relatively good in recent years, it lacks enough emphasis on practical teaching. Some problems such as inadequate investment in facilities and unreasonable construction of teaching staff exist. Therefore, on the basis of accurately positioning higher vocational education, we need to improve our understanding of and change our philosophy, actively improve teaching quality and facilities, pay attention to teaching methods and formulate examination programs to ensure the quality of transportation personnel.
