一、办学思想立足于幼儿园实际我园创办于上世纪70年代,1988年与雅周镇中心小学分离,建成独立成型的幼儿园,2002年建成现在规模的园所。四十多年来,我们雅幼人一直行走在不断探索、不断进取的道路上,在各级政府的关心支持下、在雅幼人的共同努力下,创造了一个又一个奇迹,取得了一个又一个骄人的成绩,实现了一次又一次的跨越。归纳起来,是两个关键词:“和谐”和“发展”——即把“和谐共创”的理念渗透并贯穿于幼儿园管理和保教工作之中,努力建构“人人得以发展”的新型管理机制。
