党的十四届五中全会以来,我国企业改革的步伐随着转换企业经营机制、搞活国有大中型企业工作的不断深化,已经进入新体制建立的深层次阶段。与此同时,作为国有经济中另一支生力军的小型企业的经济改革,亦取得了令人瞩目的成绩。本文试就如何正确认识小企业的地位,如何促进小企业结构优化和发展壮大等问题,提出几点思考与认识,以引深对小企业发展战略的研究。
Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee, the pace of corporate reforms in China has entered the in-depth stage of the establishment of the new system with the continuous deepening of the work of transforming the operating mechanism of enterprises and invigorating state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, the economic reforms of small companies that are another force in the state-owned economy have also made remarkable achievements. This paper tries to provide some thoughts and understandings on how to correctly understand the status of small enterprises and how to promote the optimization and development of small enterprise structures, so as to deepen the research on the development strategies of small enterprises.
