It is of great practical significance to rejuvenate the local economy, build a cultural industry and prosper the local culture. Through questionnaire surveys on the status quo of using Heilongjiang dialects by college students in Harbin to understand the undergraduates’ understanding and attitude towards the cultural connotation of Heilongjiang dialects and to explore effective teaching strategies.
