按照省委、省政府的要求,今年初,我们通过浙江省政府驻海南办事处,对浙江省民营经济发展情况进行了专题调研。现将调查情况报告如下: 一、浙江省发展民营经济的基本情况 1978年,浙江省工业总产值中非国有经济仅占38.7%,而且以城乡集体经济为主,个体私营经济基本没有。随着改革开放的进程,民营经济迅速发展,到2001年,全省工业增加值内国有工业占7.9%,中外合资工业占11%,民营工业所占的比重已达到80%以上(目前省内没有分所有制构成的GDP统计)。
In accordance with the requirements of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, we conducted a special investigation on the development of private economy in Zhejiang Province earlier this year through the office of the Zhejiang Provincial Government in Hainan. The current situation of the investigation is as follows: I. Basic Conditions for Developing Private Economy in Zhejiang Province In 1978, the non-state-owned economy of Zhejiang Province only accounted for 38.7% of the total industrial output value. In addition, the urban and rural collective economy was the mainstay. There were basically no individual or private economy. With the process of reform and opening up, the private economy has developed rapidly. By 2001, the industrial added value of the province accounted for 7.9% of the total state-owned industries, 11% for Sino-foreign joint ventures and 80% for private industries (currently within the province No GDP statistics constituted by ownership).
