肌骨成形术治疗慢性骨髓炎,文献上屡有报告,现将我院治疗一例,简要介绍如下以供参考。患者徐××,男,27岁,供给科员,於1951年7月负伤,左下肢炸伤,粉碎骨折。11月6日入本院,最後诊断为慢性骨髓炎。局部所见:胫骨两侧伤口有一瘘管,不断的向外流脓。曾在前线某兵站医院手术过一次(扩创),以石膏固定,治疗3个月未愈,X光透视时见胫骨外侧骨髓腔呈现苍白色,未发现共它异物和死骨。
