的:建立高效液相色谱法测定人血清中西替利嗪。方法:用HPLC法检测8名健康自愿者血中西替利嗪浓度,经3P87程序拟合,计算药动学参数。结果:西替利嗪药动学参数T1/2α,T1/2β,Tmax,Cmax,V/F和AUC分别为(1.6±0.8)h,(7.2±1.1)h,(1.3±0.4)h,(374.7±61.8)ng·ml-1,(39.1±8.8)L和(3188.4±246.1)ng·h·ml-1。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于药动学及药效学研究。
The establishment of high performance liquid chromatography for the determination of cetirizine in human serum. Methods: The concentrations of cetirizine in 8 healthy volunteers were detected by HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3P87 program. Results: The pharmacokinetic parameters T1 / 2α, T1 / 2β, Tmax, Cmax, V / F and AUC of cetirizine were (1.6 ± 0.8) h and (7.2 ± 1.1) h and (374.7 ± 61.8) ng · ml-1, (39.1 ± 8.8) L and (3188.4 ± 246.1) ng · h · ml-1, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and suitable for pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies.
