体育教学是“教”与“学”的双边活动,学生体育学习的动机、情绪以及对活动的坚持程度都会决定体育教学活动的效果。而归因理论是动机的认知方式。它认为人们在自己的认知基础之上努力地解释、理解并预测形势,其结果会直接影响人的情绪、动机以及活动的坚持程度。因此,本文基于归因理论的研究,探讨如何通过归因理论有效的解决体育教学过程中学生的归因问题,促进学生的情绪、动机以及活动的坚持程度朝向有利于有利效果的方向发展,提高学生主动参与体育教学的积极性,提高教学效果。
Physical education is a bilateral activity of “teaching” and “learning”. The motivation, emotion and persistence of students’ PE study all determine the effect of PE teaching activities. Attribution theory is the motivation of cognition. It believes that people strive to explain, understand and predict the situation on the basis of their own cognition, and the result will directly affect human emotion, motivation and persistence of activities. Therefore, based on the research of attribution theory, this article explores how to solve the problem of attribution of students in physical education through attribution theory, and promote the students’ emotion, motivation and persistence of activities towards the direction of beneficial effect, Take the initiative to participate in the teaching of physical education, improve teaching effectiveness.
