古代的人们过着吃糠咽菜甚至饥不果腹的日子,那时,人们的主要担心不是患上糖尿病、心脏病、肥胖症,而是如何填饱自己的肚子。可现在,我们的饮食结构已经和祖先完全不一样,担心的更多是如何预防肥胖,如何降低血液中的脂肪,如何减轻癌症的风险。很多食物的味道并不为大多数人接受,但一些带有异味或者刺激性味道的食物正是我们食疗养生的必备佳品,难吃的食物其实有着很好的养生功效。
Ancient people lived eating hunger swallowed food even hungry days, when people’s main concern is not suffering from diabetes, heart disease, obesity, but how to fill their stomachs. Now, our diet is completely different from our ancestors. What worries us more is how to prevent obesity, how to reduce fat in the blood, and how to reduce the risk of cancer. The taste of many foods is not acceptable to most people, but some of the foods that have peculiar smell or irritating taste are the essential products for our diet and health care. The unpalatable foods actually have very good health effects.
