目的：观察氟罗沙星治疗单纯性下尿路感染的疗效及安全性，并对单剂和多剂２种治疗方案进行比较。方法：单剂组（女性，３０例；年龄４１±ｓ１４ａ）用氟罗沙星片４００ｍｇ顿服；多剂组（男性２例，女性２８例；年龄４７±１５ａ）用氟罗沙星片２００ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑｄ，共７ｄ。结果：２组有效率均为９７％，痊愈率和细菌清除率分别为９３％和９７％，不良反应的发生率分别为１０％和０。结论：氟罗沙星治疗单纯性下尿路感染疗效良好，不良反应轻微，２种给药方案有效性和安全性相仿（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of fleroxacin in the treatment of simple lower urinary tract infection, and compare the two kinds of treatment regimens of single and multiple doses. Methods: The single dose group (30 women, age 41 ± s14a) was treated with 400mg fleoshacin tablets daily. The multi-dose group (2 males and 28 females; age 47 ± 15a) was treated with fleroxacin 200mg, po, qd , A total of 7d. Results: The effective rates of both groups were 97%, the cure rate and the bacterial clearance rate were 93% and 97% respectively, and the incidences of adverse reactions were 10% and 0% respectively. CONCLUSION: Fleroxacin has a good curative effect on simple lower urinary tract infection with mild adverse reactions. The efficacy and safety of two dosage regimens are similar (P> 0.05).
