目的:评估治疗脑梗死中药注射剂的应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:抽取其院2010年2月至5月应用中药注射剂治疗脑梗死病历150份,对其用药适应证、用法用量、疗程、溶媒选择、联合用药等情况进行分析。结果:治疗脑梗死的中药注射剂15个品种,平均用药10.9d,适应证符合率85.3%,联合用药的占26.0%,超出说明书规定用量的占22.7%,溶媒选用正确率79.3%。结论:应用中药注射剂治疗脑梗死存在不合理现象,提示临床医师应按照药品说明书规范用药,以减少药物不良反应的发生,并熟悉药品的药性及适应症。
Objective: To evaluate the application of traditional Chinese medicine injections for the treatment of cerebral infarction and to promote rational clinical use. Methods: From January to May 2010, 150 cases of cerebral infarction were treated with traditional Chinese medicine injections in their hospital. The indications, dosage, course of treatment, solvent selection and combination therapy were analyzed. Results: 15 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections were used to treat cerebral infarction. The average dosage was 10.9 days. The coincidence rate of indications was 85.3%. The combined dosage was 26.0%. The dosage exceeded the specification by 22.7%. The correct selection rate was 79.3%. Conclusion: The application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the treatment of cerebral infarction is irrational, suggesting that clinicians should follow the norms of drug specification medication to reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions, and familiar with the drug’s medicinal properties and indications.
