中国共产党领导中国人民在60年间成就了两项伟业:在社会主义制度框架下实现了民族国家的独立并夯实了其富强的根基。中国经济理论的生成、探索和发展与新中国60年的风雨历程息息相关。学界在探索中逐渐实现了从社会主义计划经济学向中国特色社会主义市场经济学的转向,后者只应扬弃前者而不应完全否弃之,进而应确立以科学发展为核心理念的中国特色社会主义经济学体系。
The Chinese Communist Party has led the Chinese people in 60 years of achievements in two great undertakings: under the framework of the socialist system, it has achieved the independence of the nation-state and laid solid foundation for its prosperity. The formation, exploration and development of China’s economic theory are closely linked with the stormy 60-year history of New China. In the course of its exploration, the academic circles gradually realized the shift from the socialist planned economics to the socialist market economics with Chinese characteristics. The latter should only abandon the former instead of completely abandoning it, and should in turn establish the Chinese characteristics with the scientific development as the core concept Socialist economic system.
