川西稀土矿泥氯化物水浸液经除杂处理后，用环烷酸萃取。研究了皂化度、平衡水相ｐＨ值、萃取剂浓度等影响因素。用４级逆流串级萃取、２级反萃，可得到纯度９９．８％、含量约５６ｇ·ｄｍ－３的氯化稀土溶液，稀土收率达９６％。整个萃取工艺闭路循环，无废液污染产生。 Western Sichuan Rare Earth Mud Chloride aqueous extract after the impurity treatment, naphthenic acid extraction. The effects of factors such as the degree of saponification, the pH value of the aqueous phase, the concentration of extractant and so on were studied. With 4-stage counter-current cascade extraction and 2-stage stripping, a rare earth chloride solution with a purity of 99.8% and a content of about 56 g · dm-3 was obtained. The rare earth yield was 96%. The entire extraction process closed loop, no waste pollution generated.
