初始预拉力取值是撑杆式预应力钢压杆的关键技术。基于撑杆式预应力钢压杆一般力学模型,通过静力平衡方程,建立最佳初始预拉力与最大屈曲临界荷载关系式;基于预应力钢压杆完备屈曲形态函数,通过能量方程,建立最大屈曲临界荷载求解式;最终建立最优初始预拉力完备理论公式。进一步通过三个数值模型,变化拉索直径和撑杆长度,从数值试验上验证了上述理论公式的可靠性。
The initial pre-tension value is the key technology of strut prestressed steel bar. Based on the general mechanics model of strut prestressed steel bar, the relationship between the optimal initial prestress and the maximum buckling critical load is established through the static balance equation. Through the three numerical models, the diameter of the cable and the length of the brace were changed, and the reliability of the above theoretical formula was verified by numerical experiments.
