Shanghai Fox Logistics Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between Shanghai Instrument Co., Ltd. and FOXBORO. In 1979, it was led by the former State Administration of Instrumentation and led the talks. After signing the contract in April 1982, it was handed over to Shanghai Administration. Officially opened in 1983. The company has agreed on a total capital of 15 million U.S. dollars, registered capital of 10 million U.S. dollars, China 51%, U.S. side 49%; joint venture for 20 years. The main business is to use the FOXBORO trademark to produce automated instrumentation and control computers and systems for industrial process control based on technology transferred from FOXBORO. The company has 370 employees (2 foreigners), and it also has an independent sales agency for Chinese investment.
