用以机械传送带装置作为接口的高压液相色谱—质谱测定一些游离胆汁酸及脱氧胆汁酸丁二酰衍生物。使用氨化学电离,得到很好的总离子流色谱和各胆汁酸特征离子质量色谱,获得的质谱可鉴定各胆汁酸。
Some free bile acids and deoxy bile acid succinyl derivatives were determined by high pressure liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry using a mechanical conveyor system as an interface. Ammonium chemistries were used to obtain good total ion chromatograms and characterization of each bile acid by ion mass spectrometry. Mass spectra were obtained to identify each bile acid.
