目的 13C美沙西丁是口服呼气法诊断肝功能的药物。研究规模制备此药有利于在我国推广呼气实验这种先进的诊断方法。方法 首先用非标记原料研究合成路线和最佳实验条件 ,然后用标记原料制备目标化合物。结果 实验表明合成路线 2操作间便 ,收率高。按此法制备了13C美沙西丁。对所得产品做了MS和HNMR光谱分析 ,证明样品是目标分子。结论 本研究结果指出合成路线已适于批量制备13C美沙西丁
The purpose of 13C methacetin oral breath method of diagnosis of liver function drugs. Research scale preparation of this drug is conducive to promoting this advanced diagnostic method of breath test in our country. Methods Firstly, the synthesis route and the best experimental conditions were studied with unlabeled raw materials, and the target compounds were prepared by labeling the starting materials. The results show that the synthetic route 2 will be between the operation, high yield. According to this method, 13C methacetin was prepared. The resulting product was subjected to MS and HNMR spectral analysis to confirm that the sample was the target molecule. Conclusion The results of this study indicate that the synthetic route has been adapted for the bulk preparation of 13C methacetin
