下向胶结充填采矿法是一种回采率较高的方法,适合于高品位且矿体围岩均不稳固的矿床条件。然而这种方法的采矿工效低,采场生产能力小,且需消耗相当数量的支护材料。采用高进路,并使相邻分层的回采进路交错布置,可使其采矿工效及采场生产能力明显提高,且大大降低木材消耗。本文介绍了金川龙首矿试验这种高进路下向胶结充填采矿法的采场结构与回采工艺,并对胶结充填体——矿石间柱在回采过程中的稳固性进行了分析。
Downward cementation Filling mining method is a high recovery rate method suitable for high-grade ore body rock is not stable deposit conditions. However, this method has low mining efficiency and low stope capacity, and requires a considerable amount of support material. The use of high-way, and the adjacent stratified recovery of the staggered arrangement of the road, can make its mining efficiency and stope production capacity significantly increased, and greatly reduce the consumption of wood. This paper introduces the stope structure and recovery process of the Jinchuan Longshou Mine to test the cementation-filling mining method under the high way, and analyzes the stability of the cemented filling body-ore column during the recovery process.
