中国音乐家协会主席李焕之最近给时乐濛、丁鸣及正在召开的歌曲创作会议上的代表们写信谈到,群众需要奋发向上的歌曲,作曲家要十分重视群众歌曲的创作。李焕之最近同作曲家李群、龚耀年、曾文济一起,应邀到青岛参加“青岛港之夏音乐会”活动。李焕之在信中说,他深深体会到,在社会主义现代化建设第一线工作的群众,非常需要充满自豪感情,鼓舞人们奋发向上,同时又舒畅优美的歌曲。他还说,开展集体性的群众歌咏活动,看来是多么迫切的需要。比如第二届北京合唱节期
