随着现阶段我国经济的高速发展,我国政府上层建筑的建设发展的情况越来越受到大众的广泛关注。公务员作为我国的政府机构和党组织建设的核心力量,我国的公务员的综合素质的培养和发展直接关系到了我国未来的政府机构的建设成果,直接影响到我国未来的综合发展。现阶段我们重点引入了一个管理教练理论作为我国公务员的培训为核心思想,旨在培养好我国的公务员的综合管理能力。
With the rapid economic development in our country at this stage, the construction and development of the superstructure of our government have drawn more and more public attention. As the core force of our country’s government agencies and party organizations, the development and training of civil servants in our country as a whole has a direct bearing on the construction achievements of our country’s future government agencies and directly affects the future comprehensive development of our country. At this stage we focus on the introduction of a management coach theory as the training of civil servants in our country as the core idea, aimed at cultivating the overall management ability of our civil servants.
