《通信学报》第九届编委会会议于2017年7月13日在贵阳召开,本次会议得到了贵州大学的大力支持。方滨兴院士等52位编委及中国通信学会、人民邮电出版社领导出席了会议。会议由《通信学报》主编杨义先主持。人民邮电出版社副社长刘华鲁代表出版社发言,简要介绍了人民邮电出版社在期刊出版方面的发展历史和近况,指出加强高水平的学术出版是出版社近年来的重要工作,并且,强大的编委团队是《通信学报》的重要支柱,作为《通信学报》的承办出版单位,人民邮电出版社会继续支持通信学会和编委会的工作。贵州大学密码学与数据安全研究所所长彭长根教授代表本次会议承办单位贵州大学致欢迎辞,并介绍了贵州大学在贵州省大数据产业发展中做出的工作。
The 9th Editorial Board Meeting of “Journal of Communications” was held in Guiyang on July 13, 2017. This meeting received the strong support of Guizhou University. Academician Fang Binxing and other 52 editorial board members and leaders of China Communications Society and People’s Posts and Telecommunications Press attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Yang Yi-xian, chief editor of the Journal of Communications. Liu Huaru, vice president of People’s Posts and Telecommunications Press, made a speech on behalf of the Press. He briefly introduced the development history and current situation of People’s Posts and Telecommunications Publishing House in the aspect of periodical publication. He pointed out that strengthening the high-level academic publishing is an important work of the publishing house in recent years and strong The editorial team is an important pillar of the Journal of Communications. As the publisher of the Journal of Communications, the People’s Posts and Telecommunications Publishing Society continues to support the work of the Institute of Communications and Editorial Board. Professor Peng Changgen, Director of Institute of Cryptography and Data Security, Guizhou University, delivered a welcoming address on behalf of Guizhou University, organizer of the conference, and introduced the work Guizhou University made in the development of big data industry in Guizhou Province.
