逻辑框架法是国际通行的项目设计、计划和评价的方法。它将几个内容相关、必须同步考虑的动态因素组合起来,通过分析其间的逻辑关系,实现对项目和课题的指导、管理、监督和评价的项目的实施和运作。借鉴逻辑框架法,在哲学社会科学的课题管理中,要转变对课题仅为产生作品服务的认识,提高立项论证的科学性,加强监督评价机制,实现课题影响最大化。逻辑框架法的借鉴有利于哲学社会科学科研管理制度创新,但逻辑框架法的课题管理亦有局限性需要加以克服。
Logical framework law is the internationally accepted method of project design, planning and evaluation. It combines several dynamic elements that must be considered simultaneously and analyzes and analyzes the logical relationship between them so as to realize the implementation and operation of the projects that guide, manage, supervise and evaluate the projects and topics. Drawing on the logic framework law, we should change our understanding of the subject only for the production of works, improve the scientific feasibility of the demonstration project, and strengthen the supervision and evaluation mechanism to maximize the impact of the subject in the management of philosophy and social sciences. The reference of the Logical Framework Law is conducive to the innovation of the management system of philosophy and social science research, but there are some limitations in the management of the subject matter of the Logical Framework Law that need to be overcome.
