2000年5月,伴随着二十一世纪的崭新脚步,国内首个针对儿童安全健康而设立的公益项目应运而生了。从2000到2010,10年来,伴随着我国改革开放的逐步深入和国民经济的不断发展,“安康计划”紧紧围绕“为孩子们的安全健康成长创造良好的社会环境”的宗旨,通过开展“中国儿童慈善活动日”等大型公益活动搭建公益平台,特别是在“5·12”汶川特大地震和“4·14”玉树地震救灾中“安康计划”更是充分发挥了很好的品牌优势,唤起和动员了社会各界爱心人士为灾区孩子们奉献爱心。10年来,“安康计划”凝聚各界爱心力量,共筹集善款4亿多元,在安全、教育、医疗等领域内为千千万万个儿童谋福祉,让孩子们安全、健康、快乐、幸福地成长。
