本文通过对咸阳市几所有代表的幼儿园的问卷调查,发现家园合作中存在以下问题:教师与家长的地位不平等、家园合作缺乏计划性且流于形式、教师与家长对家园合作内容缺乏一致性、家园合作的形式单一。针对以上问题,提出以下解决策略:平等合作,提高家长的参与热情、开发利用各种形式,使家园合作内容更加丰富、进行图书、玩具、资料的共享、幼儿园要注重幼儿身心的共同发展。
Based on a questionnaire survey of several representative kindergartens in Xianyang City, this paper finds that the following problems exist in the cooperation between families: the inequalities of teachers and parents, the lack of planning and out-of-school cooperation between teachers and parents, and the lack of consistency in the cooperation between teachers and parents , A single form of homeland cooperation. In view of the above problems, the following strategies are proposed: equal cooperation, raising parents’ enthusiasm for participation, developing and utilizing various forms, enriching the contents of home-based cooperation, and sharing books, toys and materials. Kindergartens should pay attention to the common development of children’s physical and mental health.
