一、原理:2KI+2NaNO_2+2H_2SO_4→I_2+Na_2SO_4+K_2SO_4+2NO+2H_2O二、试剂:1.硫酸溶液:1:5。2.10%亚硝酸钠溶液:新配放冰箱内贮存,可供一周内使用。3.无碘食盐水:用一级或二级氯化钠配制10%溶液。4.二硫化碳或氯仿。5.碘化钾贮备液:精密称取105℃干燥4小时碘化钾0.1000克,用蒸馏水少量溶解后,倾入200毫升容量瓶中,并稀释至刻度。此液每毫升相当于0.5毫克碘化钾。碘化钾标准溶液:取上液稀释50倍,每毫升相当于0.010毫克碘化钾。
