学校安排我担任两个班的语文教学,这就意味着我将在堆积如山的作文本中终日埋头、疾笔批阅。学生们已升入四年级,为了浓厚他们的写作兴趣,读书笔记、日记是不可或缺的训练载体,这无形给已是繁重的教学又平添百十本作业,日复一日。迫于无奈,诸老师商议只给学生的这两份作业挑挑错别字、打个等级即可,我的脑畔却浮现出这样一幕:每次发作文本,望眼欲穿的孩子兴奋地捧过自己的本子,忙手忙脚地翻开搜寻老师的评语,哪怕是只言片语也会让孩子
